Referral Form

With this program, the referrer can be entitled from min £20 / €25 / $30 to a maximum of £150 / €170 / $200 for each referral depends on the extent of the procedure. (It is mostly %2 of the total treatment cost)

The referral fee is paid in one month after the referral's procedure is completed.

The referral fee is subject to change and can be amended according to each individual's condition.

We will contact the referral on behalf of you and we will request further details to be able to make an initial assessment and to assess your eligibility into the referral program.
